- If you don’t manage to deactivate the key, you can ask the Customer Service to do it for you. This is to block your Nissan Charging key as soon as possible to avoid any illegitimate use.
- You will find the number to contact directly on the App or user portal, in the Customer Service section.
- You can order a new key anytime directly from the app or the user portal.
